MAPI

A Support Case is created in two steps when this delivery type is used. The first step is to describe the relevant information that explain the problem.

Next, an email template containing all the information is created and displayed on the basis of the MAPI interface of the installed email application. To conclude the task, the user has to submit the email in the second step.
