FixTray

Description

From Windows 7 and higher, the icons beside the system clock (TrayIcons) are only displayed temporarily. Users can opt to have tray icons displayed permanently in the visible area. If admin wants to make sure that the IBI-helpMe icon is always visible, start the application using this parameter.

Important: If the application is started using this parameter, do not run Explorer.exe, otherwise the settings will not be applied. A suitable time to run it would be during the Windows logoff process using a Windows logoff script.

Examples

IBI.helpMe.Client.exe /FixTray
Run in the logoff script to make the tray icon visible the next time the user logs in.
