Creating a support case from the Service Portal
You can open a support case from a Service Portal. You can use the URL ibihelpme:ShowSupportDialog() for this purpose. If certain values should already be defined for the Create support case dialog, you can achieve this via a POST request of the URL ibihelpme:ShowSupportDialogWithPOST().
The subject field as well as the description field can currently be preallocated. (For more information see Service Portal - POST mappings)
