- IBI-helpMe can now be used as an entry point to a Service Portal page. 
- The context menu entry "Create support case" can now be hidden if a Service Portal page is used. 
- A support case can now be opened via the Service Portal page by specifying a specific URL. 
- The system type (32-bit or 64-bit) can now be detected.
