From IBI-helpMe Version 2.0, Windows XP and Vista will no longer be supported. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please refer to the Microsoft End of support for the operating systems specified above.

To run the IBI-helpMe Client application, at least Microsoft Windows XP operating system with current service pack is required.

If using the HTML-based Create support case dialog with standard HTML contents, Internet Explorer 11 (or higher) is required.
