Setup distribution
To be able to submit a support case to your existing ITSM system, you need to specify how the support case should be delivered to your system. To do so, follow the steps below.
- Start the IBI-helpMe Admin
- Navigate to
Distribution > General
- Choose an appropriate
Delivery Type
- With the exception of MAPI, you need to specify a connection. In this case add a connection under
Distribution > Connections

- If you select
MAPI
orSMTP
specify an E-Mail address to which a created support case should be transmitted - The other fields can be left in their current state
- Click on
Save
