The input fields in the Support Case window are customizable. To do so, follow the steps below.

Start the IBI-aws Admin

Navigate to
Window settings > Create a Support Case > Input fields -
Generate the fields you need

Click on
Save
Selection fields allow you to specify input fields that will only be displayed, if the parent selection field entry is selected. It's also possible to specify a different recipient (Distribution profiles) if needed.
