Creating a support case from within the Service Portal

You can open a Support Case from a Service Portal. You can use the URL ibihelpme:ShowSupportDialog() for this purpose. If certain values should already be defined for the Create Support Case dialog, you can achieve this via a POST request of the URL ibihelpme:ShowSupportDialogWithPOST().
