Utilization of a Service Portal

The IBI-helpMe Client application can be used as an entry point to a Service Portal. In this case, an individually designed HTML page is displayed instead of the usual dialog for creating a Support Case. Creating a Support Case via the classic Create Support Case dialog is still accessible through the context menu of the taskbar icon, if desired, or can be completely disabled.

To avail of this capability, create a new directory called CustomContent in the same directory as your IBI-helpMe Client application and create a HTML file called index.html with any type of HTML content here. Alternatively, you can specify a path or URL to any HTML file via the start parameter /CustomContent.
