For each category, subcategories with their own mail recipients can now be defined.

It can now be defined in the configuration file if a screenshot is to be created automatically, should be queried beforehand or should not be created. Different settings can be used for creating a support case directly and for its creation from the Service Portal.

An additional individual input field can now be displayed in the create support case dialog, if required.
