OpenSupportCase

Description

This parameter is used to display the Create Support Case window when the application is launched. If another instance of the application is already running, the existing instance is notified to open the window.

Example

IBI.helpMe.Client.exe /OpenSupportCase
Displays the Create Support Case window immediately after the application is launched.
