Description
Controls the behavior of IBI-helpMe for HTTPS connections to external systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Cherwell, TopDesk, Microsoft Graph, Azure sign-in) in cases where the target server or an upstream gateway (proxy, firewall with TLS inspection, API gateway) optionally requests a client certificate during the TLS handshake. If the switch is set, IBI-helpMe explicitly signals to the server during the TLS handshake that "no client certificate is available". If the server accepts this response (i.e. the certificate was only optionally requested), the connection then proceeds normally.
Examples
IBI.helpMe.Client.exe /IgnoreHttpClientCertificateRequest
The IBI-helpMe Client explicitly signals to the server during the TLS handshake that "no client certificate is available"
